		<description><![CDATA[God bless Ed Demarco for resisting the intense pressure from parties like Jared Bernstein. It is absolutely criminal that individuals who acted irresponsibly by buying too much house would receive relief through another government bailout program that would raise the tax burden for responsible home owners who didn&#039;t get caught up in the speculation and treated their homes as habitations instead of investments. Each mortgage should be dealt with in a case-by-case basis and any attempt to apply broad principal reduction is just criminal. People are responsible for their actions.]]></description>
