I wish to add two: (a) a transparent and generally welcoming foreign investment policy; and (b) the creation of a transparency agency, by an act of parliament and independent of the executive, suitably led and staffed, to conduct public enquiry into policy reforms, with a focus on costs and benefits of reforms, not just to the sectors involved, but more importantly, to the economy as a whole. I think (b) will help galvanise public support for economy-wide reforms. Regards.
