Wheeee!

I’m finding a couple of ways to view this picture:
–bear is saying “wheeeee” as it enjoys playing on a trampoline while protected by troopers;
–troopers gaze in amazement as bear levitates.
You?

*Bear was tranquilized and safely returned to the wild–but I’ll bet he had some weird dreams for awhile.

When I saw it yesterday, my first thought was, “The Aussies finally got a picture of one.”
Bear is not ever going to feel safe up a tree again.
I saw something like this once. Bear came on campus, armed forces shot it with a tranquilizer dart, whereupon bear raced way up a tree and passed out. Fire department could do nothing with its ladder truck, but a tree surgeon company came in and elevated somebody up to the bear, pushed it out of the tree whereupon it was caught by game wardens etc. holding a tight blanket.
Definitely the best picture of the day in WaPo. My thought was that without the caption one would think it was a picture of a bear enjoying a trampoline.
