I think I have written this before, but I just want you to know how much I appreciate your commentary on economic issues. I try to read everything you write. Well, not social media but all your essays like this one and your books. You do a great job of educating readers on issues.
You’re most welcome!–JB
Yes, great job. And yes, it is stupid as what we are doing costs more, just like not providing preventative health care. All these progressive things like clean air are economic wins, even without appealing to anyone’s conscience. So not doing this because we need payfors is backwards, we can’t afford not to do this. At some point we are going to start losing out to countries that do.
I meant to also say that our Gov has put through all day K and wants more pre-K, and we are beating WI in all sorts of economic and quality of life measures. High tax – high services is the clear winner.
