Every time a govt agency is caught screwing up they say they need more money. As a taxpayer, I say stop screwing up! As a business owner, a screw-up means less income and we are stuck doing more with less, until we can get things back on track. The IRS, if they are really destitute, can take the bonuses back from the VA administrators.

I think the I.R.S. already can obtain information because of International Tax Codes for United States Corporations. Thus, my understanding is while we are utilizing more digital records the I.R.S. can cross reference within the law. I think corporations arguments are that they feel they are being double taxed. The ACA is one federal filing that would bring congruency to the numbers (add up the numbers). Obama cannot be impeached by the very House that initially passed these bills.
