This Dr. John version of Junko Partner seemed to me just the right groove for a quiet, mid-August afternoon. I loved the subtle way the horns come in just to punctuate the rhythm in the second verse. Also, make sure you pick up on all those piano “trickerations” from the good doctor in the background.
