Sequester Watch, #14

Our 14th version of Sequester Watch, and despite some claims to the contrary, I’ve gotta tell you that it’s not getting harder to find links like those below.  As in the WaPo story about the sequester and Hispanics:

Sequestration has turned out to be less dire than predicted in many areas, as some agencies have found ways around the worst of the mandatory reductions. But for poor people who rely heavily on government social services, the cuts have had sharp and immediate effects.

You just gotta know where to look.  That is, assuming you want to look.
