    Of course, the insurance companies are still running everything, and they have every incentive to continue to overtreat and overcharge.

    But, hey, tell us how good we have it.

    It is better, true. Still not good. And a huge well-heeled industry now has a vested interested in keeping it Not Good. And who knows how long it will be before the US health care system is finally a good one?
