Covering a lot of ground in this Skype interview from World Finance. Check it out. Connection isn’t perfect, which also invokes economics (the Comcast monopoly in northern VA) but that’s a topic for another day.

    Jared Bernstein I think you are precious! I have poison ivy on my face but thank God for all the different ways we can communicate because of the internet.

    Getting cleaned up is overrated! Having worked for a company that encouraged working in pajamas (no, really, they did!), I’ve learned that while grooming is important in artificial relations, it is not so important in real relations. An overemphasis on grooming is a sign of superficial relationships.

    Superficial relationships are important, however, so it has its place. I’m sure this is a much more detailed analysis that you wanted to hear. But that’s what we’re here for…
